Our method is primarily using recital of the Qur’an and using prophetic medicine prescribed in and derived from the hadith and sunnah to diagnose those facing spiritual and mental ailments. This can be alongside or in alternative to conventional medical and psychological treatment. Diagnosis of the patient will be made via questions, symptoms and mainly recitation from the Qur’an to determine whether the patient is suffering from jinn affliction, sihr (magic) evil eye/hasad or not. Patients shall be signposted to medical and other professionals where ruqyah is not required or ruqyah will be an additional treatment alongside conventional treatmentWe book appointments case by case. No fixed number of sessions will be stipulated upon patients in advance.

The Ruqyah Centre has been established with the intention of serving the needs of the Muslim community. Our aim is to help, counsel and provide the prophetic treatment known as ruqyah from the authentic source of Qur’an and Sunnah. Ruqyah in Islam is the recitation of Qur’an, seeking refuge and remembrance and supplications used as a means of treating sickness and other aliments.
